Muhammad Khalil is the founder and principal advisor of Legal Nasiha. Muhammad Khalil has been a practicing attorney since 2013. He has worked in Commercial Litigation, Contract Disputes, Corporate Planning and Estate Planning. He also has years of practical business experience having served as General Counsel and Board Member, for one of the largest Travel Consolidators and Islamic Tour Providers in North America.
Through his work, he has managed to lead thousands of Pilgrims for Hajj and Umrah trips, while understanding the logistical and legal needs of a tour operator. He has also overseen multiple software developments, strategic mergers and acquisitions and dealt with regulatory bodies in the United State and Overseas. It is through his experience in the travel sector, that he has built relations with Scholars all over the country and developed a good understanding of the needs of the Muslim American Community.

Muhammad spends time with his wife and two children, he enjoyed exercising, traveling and working and reading about world History.

Togai Atac is the Managing Member of Atom Law Group. Aside from his role as the chief executive of the firm, Togai works closely with both robust small US businesses and US subsidiaries of foreign businesses to maximize their business growth.
